Our refund policy is non applicable.

For any cancellations, we will need to incur a 20% cancellation with administrative fees of the total bill.

All goods delivered will not be returnable for hygiene purposes.

In any circumstances, if there’s no one to receive the delivery, we will need to hang it at the delivery address premises. For re-arrangement of a new venue, additional delivery charges will be incurred.
